We visit your property and take guidance from independent valuers on the value of your property in its current condition and what it could potentially achieve once refurbished.

We agree with you on the fair current market value for your property.

We provide a standard agreement for your review.

Upon signing the agreement, we commence the refurbishment of your property.

On completion of the refurbishment, we market your property for sale, with your original estate agent if it was previously listed for sale.

Upon completion of the sale, you receive the value of your property as agreed in Step 2, and we receive the uplift covering our costs and profit.
